Beauty Tips to Cure Hormonal Acne from Stephanie Elizabeth

3 SECRETS FOR A CLEAR SKIN

Not surprisingly, the articles I have written on obtaining perfect skin and how to banish dark circles contain a large amount of similar information (I recommend you read first if you have not already). I would say that about 80% of the "recipe skin clean" and without rings held in the diet, the rest is the genetic potential, exercise, skin care, herbal medicine. And for acne, there is still attention, it's the hormones.

Get rid of your acne comes down to these 3 things:

Balance your hormones to balance the production of sebum (oil)
Eat quality food to minimize waste in your body and bring more nutrients to your organs (including skin)
Follow a skin care routine to prevent dead skin cells build up and bacteria growth

STEP 1: How to balance your hormones to clear skin

ELIMINATE CLAIMING GRAND
Have you noticed how women tend to have a button or two (or three ...) around the time of menstruation or ovulation? This has to do with an increase in estrogen, the hormone that is closely related to the condition of our skin. Now, if you continue to get in touch with a compound that claims to be estrogen, what will happen? A lot of things. These artificial estrogens (xenoestrogens) in our environment can cause acne, obesity, thyroid dysfunction, reproductive problems, and a host of questions. Your exposure to these compounds can be considerably reduced by the fact of:
Drink in glass glass instead of plastic (do not use stainless water bottles coated either, because they contain xenoestrogens in the coating)
Use elements in glass or stainless steel as non-coated food containers
The use of skin care products for natural skin without parabens, no synthetic ingredients and no artificial preservatives
Eat organic foods to avoid pesticides containing xenoestrogens
Drink and bathe in water qualitéfiltrée to remove water xenoestrogens (in my personal opinion well documented, I suggest you do not buy cheap filters - high-quality filters cost more but are best for your health and products with BPA-free materials)
Use of physical filters instead chemical sunscreens
Use non-hormonal contraceptive systems

TO USE HERBS personally in addition to eliminating unnecessary plastic, I took a mixture for hormonal balance herbal called "Restore" Grounded for Herbally to help eliminate artificial estrogen in my system and regulate my hormones naturally. I took the supplement for a total period of 6 months, and he fully recovered track. I highly recommend [...] They say to take continuous restoration plants, but you only need to take herbs for a certain period of time to get your body back on track, and then you start again where necessary.
Many women also get a lot of results with the Chaste tree (also known as thename vitex), which is widely used for female hormonal balance. Grass increases the level of progesterone, which prevents excess bound estrogen.
I also recommend you personally Drugless Dr. Bob's Guide to Balance Female Hormones - this is a really useful book to get a good understanding of hormones and how to keep them in balance naturally. Whether acne, dry skin, menopause, menstrual problems, everything is related to hormones, and it is important that we understand the factors that influence our hormones and how to balance ourselves.

EAT GOOD FATS Prostaglandins are fats that act like hormones, controlling the skin and muscle function, and inflammation - which is why it is imperative that you have quality fats to consume adequate amounts to produce beneficial prostaglandins responsible for clear skin. Incorporate these 4 simple things in your daily routine:
Do not consume oils or fats 'hydrogenated' ~ these tran-sfat harm your heart, your waistline and your skin.
Consume more omega-3 fats in the form of fish caught in the wild, organic fish oil and animal products free range (eggs, yogurt, kefir) ~ flaxseed may or may not be acceptable to you
Do not eat fast food, salad dressing, cream (unless you do it yourself), and fried foods ~ they will affect your hormonal balance by producing "bad" prostaglandins that produce acne and inflammation
Eat more fresh organic fruits and green smoothies to bring more nutrients to your skin and keep your organs functioning
I consume fats are fish oil Carlson Labs lemon (Omega3) and Bio olive oil first cold pressing. The food I eat that contain fats are grass fed, yogurt or kefir, grass fed, bison / beef (1-2 times per week), and raw fish (very rarely, maybe once a month or less). I do not consume animal products other - no milk, no pork, no chicken, no butter, no cheese, etc. [...] How will your hormones in the wrong direction is the conventional animal products where the animals are treated badly, injected with hormones to make them grow faster, and given antibiotics used to treat many diseases due to unsanitary conditions. When animals are killed, they are under incredible stress and abuse, resulting in body mass production of stress hormones, and we end up consuming these hormones, which then will destroy the natural balance of your body and can cause acne. Know your source of meat or not eating meat.

BEWARE YOU PLANT ESTROGEN EXCESSIVE Another important consideration concerns nuts, seeds and soybeans. I do not eat nuts, eat seeds very rarely, and once in a great while, I'll eat natto (fermented soybeans) [...]. Not only are nuts and seeds are high in fat, but they are also rich in estrogen, so it's a double source of problems (we all know that excess estrogen causes weight gain). Flaxseed oil is also high estrogen, and I avoid it because I prefer to eat freshly ground flaxseed and do not consume a very concentrated oil into estrogen. If nuts and seeds do not have a negative effect on you, keep eating! But then you will not be reading this and you do not have acne or blemishes regular ... so try to eliminate nuts, seeds, soy and see if it helps. You can always go back for a handful when the urge arises.
I also want to note that during my own vegan diet, my skin was not very beautiful - I still had spots on my forehead and sometimes on my lower back or chest. It was disgusting. So I did a ton of research, I decided to stop eating nuts and seeds, and replace them with more fruits and vegetables. I returned to my normal weight in 2 months and my pimples disappeared completely in less than 1 month. Raw food is becoming very popular and can be a wonderful plan, but make sure if you do, you do extensive research and try to strike a balance. For me, a variation of Dr. Doug Graham 80/10/10 works well and I am naturally led me worm diet regime during the summer months - I simply include more greens than its recommended amount, and have avoided eating sweet GMO super fruits like bananas and pineapples.
As an aside, there has been research done on how nuts have heart protective qualities. I agree, but it also applies to a healthy diet in general, as well as the consumption of fatty acids of fish, krill, eggs from hens fed on grass, kefir and organic yogurt . If you have a problem with estrogen and its effects on your health and your skin, then it's worth it to replace your fat sources from nuts and seeds by something else.

STEP 2: Get rid of acne by eating a quality scheme

BASES FOR A CLEAR SKIN FOOD Eating a proper diet is essential for all organs to work properly - you can not have perfect skin without the right foods (and if you see people without an acne skin who eat shit, that does not mean they are healthy on the inside, it does not mean that their skin will stay beautiful for a long time on their poor diet).
Now what I eat is made up of very simple things, very tasty, organic, unprocessed foods. I have a balanced mix of cooked and raw foods of both plant and animal sources ...
If I eat rice, it is brown, not white. Brown rice has more nutrients (including vitamins B, great for the skin and stress) and fiber much more.
If I eat dairy products, fermented and animals are grass-fed, no milk or cheese. The fermented dairy product is virtually lactose free and contains beneficial bacteria that help you absorb nutrients. Overall it is great for the skin.
If I eat cereal, it is only rice. I especially avoided wheat, because it is well connected to inflammation, acne and digestive problems.
If I eat fruit or vegetables, they are organic, fresh or frozen. Non-organic products contain xenoestrogens and harmful pesticide residues (can not be washed - they are in the flesh), which is not a recipe for beautiful skin.
If I want something sweet, I eat a fruit or a fruit smoothie. I do not eat GMOs, seedless fruit - they are too high in sugar too low in fiber, and can cause a spike in insulin ... resulting in an inflammatory response that leads to skin disorders like acne.
If a recipe calls for "sugar" (which causes inflammation that can lead to acne) I substitute raw unfiltered honey, stevia (the green powder, not refined white powder), fresh apple compote , or molasses, depending on the recipe.
If I eat meat, it is organic, grass-fed, local, people I know, and / or wild. If you can not get meat like this, buy online from a reputable farmer (search), otherwise do not buy at all. It's that important.
An exciting thing to note that I read in a study of 2 or 3 years on several scientific visiting different cultures and tribes to examine the quality of people's skin. They found that the civilizations that do not consume a lot of starchy foods and "white" (like potatoes and white bread) and eat lots of green vegetables, fruits, and meat (if available) n 'have no cases of acne home.
The common denominator of these foods is that they do not produce insulin spike, which means they are non-inflammatory, which also means they will not contribute to acne. Unless you have inflammation in your gut, you have less acne (and other skin conditions).

DO NOT WORRY - DO IT TO COOL I do not recommend you to make a radical change in your current eating habits. Go slowly to give your body time to adjust. This way, you will also not subirune kind of "detox" scenario with more eruptions, headache, symptoms of colds and flu, etc. For example, if you currently have purchased the supermarket meat, go to the grass-fed. If you buy supermarket products, go mostly to the Organic. Use range eggs from happy hens. Spend cow's milk or goat milk completely eliminate cow's milk and go to the rice milk or almond. You see what I mean? Small changes first. They added after a while, and before you do know it, your skin will be clear, you will have more energy, your body odor will be lower or nonexistent (I do not have to wear deodorant. .. I do not stink!), and you'll get sick less often.

I wanted to share with you some of my favorite books of kitchen because it can be frustrating to determine what you will eat when you do not have the habit of eating certain things. I often make revenues from these three books, but I substitute certain foods when you have (for example, if a recipe calls for pork, I will use beef or bison, if a recipe calls for wheat, I use rice or I completely omit): Complete Guide to Macrobiotic Cooking Aveline Kushi by, the Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook by Tosca Reno, and Eat-Clean Diet for Family and children Tosca Reno. I do something of these books almost every day (with my critical rice cooker ... I love this stuff, I even replaced by a new one). [...] My meal with raw foods are not luxurious - it's basically to wash fruits and eat them, or cut my fruits and vegetables and put them in the Vitamix for 30 seconds (and I will Green for Life reference to Victoria Butenko for some delicious recipes green smoothies).
And just an aside, it is important that you stick to your own way of eating and your program for a hormonal balance until your acne disappear. And then, from time to time, if the mood strikes you to have a piece of cheesecake or something, then do it. Having clear skin is really nice, but living it is also nice.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR LIVER The liver is an extremely important organ. This is our integrated filter, and it also gives us the clear skin if we choose to have one. Liver works well help you achieve acne free skin. Dietary recommendations listed so far will automatically be useful to your liver, and you begin to see results in your skin. However, if you still have some acne after 3 months of implementation of the changes mentioned in this article, some incorporate these tools:
Milk thistle ~ very protective of the liver, great as a tincture or glycerin added to smoothies or tea (it's a seed, so it is estrogenic, it should be very useful and does not cause the additional acne)
Dandelion ~ promotes optimal liver function, to drink as a tea, add a green smoothie, or add it to the soup, stew, or eat it as a side dish
Burdock root ~ perhaps my favorite herb; rich in minerals, treats skin disorders and liver; tasty in soups, stews and teas, and can also be taken as a tincture
Turmeric ~ same protective liver, anti-inflammatory, too many advantages to the list;! Simply sprinkle turmeric on meals [...]
The lemon water ~ a simple drink, the morning before breakfast to give a little boost to your digestion and your liver
~ My favorite herbal tea herbal tea to help cleanse the blood and digestive system is the Detox Yogi Tea, if you do not have the time or money to get some of these herbs listed, you rendmettez than -C for now because it's easy, cheap and effective (if I eat badly and I see some flaws appear, I will drink this tea 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days, and my skin any net again)
You will also want to avoid ingesting alcohol - it's not a good idea to drink a lot when you need your liver to be in good shape. A glass of wine or sake here and there is fine, and better yet, avoid alcohol for short.
Oh, and if you see anything posted on cleaning the liver-gall bladder, please do not do. Not only was refuted as an effective cleaning, but I personally know two people (friends) who have had their gallstones tested by independent laboratories and they were not at all gallstones. Use common sense drinking a disgusting amount of Epsom salts and oil is never good case for the liver. Eat well and make use of some herbs and spices are more than sufficient to cleanse your liver and keep it in top shape. You do not need to go to extremes.

OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND Eating this way is not difficult or expensive.
You know what is dif fi cult-? Watching the mirror and be upset because you have acne.
You know what is expensive? All those against acne creams and lotions that cost 50 € the bottle and do not address the real problem.
If you really want clear skin, you'll make this work. You will find good inexpensive sources for what you need, such as online shopping, farmers markets, cooperatives or grow a small vegetable garden. You'll make your food in advance and bring it with you to school or work. You are going to say no when someone offers you candy high fructose corn syrup, or a fast food meal. You know the people around you who think your new way of eating and doing things is blind, punctilious, boho-hippie or anything else ... because, hey, you're the one with an impressive skin and a healthy body. Who is a picky silly hippie now, huh?
It took me about two years to understand my family to read the ingredients on care and food they buy. A lot of times, people do not realize what's in their food, because in their mind, why should we use a bag of chemicals in this box of cookies? Well, you would not, but food manufacturers are doing so. The other assembly to overcome is the fact of thinking that it's not really important, and that being "difficult" on your diet is not necessary. My answer is always: "I would not have to be" picky "if the food was real food. I would not be "picky" if others had not tried feeding GMO corn cows and put chemicals on plants I want to eat. "
Eating well is really worth because spread a cream to cover the underlying problem will not solve anything. You are solely responsible for your health, and you can choose to be healthy with beautiful skin.

STEP 3: Banish Acne With the power of good skin care

After the first two stages, cele it will look like a picnic. First, the skin care depends on your skin type. You can have oily skin with acne, dry skin with acne, young or mature skin with acne ... you set. Use products that match your skin type, while healing blemishes and scars.
I always advocate to move towards natural products. The reason is quite simple: nature provides an abundance of effective tools for our skin, your body knows exactly what to do in case of contact with natural ingredients, and they can do no wrong, unless you are allergic or c is obviously a poisonous plant (which will not be used in a skin care product for the skin anyway). The basic rule is: if you can not eat it, do not put it on your skin. What you apply on your skin, it will make their way into the bloodstream and through your organs, so make sure it's a good product.
If you want more information about skin treatments to yourself, and treatments for specific types of acne, I highly recommend the book by Chizu Saeki, entitled The Japanese Skincare Revolution. This is one of the best books I've read on the care of the skin - his views on the skin is refreshing and positive, and offers a wide variety of specific solutions that are really easy and efficient.

ALL TYPES OF SKIN makeup: Since you want to get rid of acne, it is important not to clog pores with dirt makeup every day, because you're not going to help your skin by doing this. Use a mineral makeup - it will not be chalky on oily skin and for dry skin, make sure that you are very moisturized before applying mineral and mix with your moisturizer to a creamy application. The minerals are also beneficial for your skin and allow it to breathe.
Cleanser: Use olive oil or coconut oil on a cotton ball or a ball, and slide over your makeup. It's cheap and very effective -it removes any makeup in one shot.
Treat: A great way to deal with flaws is with tea tree oil (Tea Tree). This is my favorite treatment. It is non-déséchant and is just as effective as benzoyl peroxide. Toner and Witch Hazel extract white willow bark (salicylic acid is obtained aspirin from white willow) are both very effective to prevent and heal blemishes and these ingredients are quelques- some of the products I recommend. [...] Also, use homemade masks [...], lotion cotton masks (see Japanese Skincare Revolution. You can use masks several times a week to help heal and rebalance your skin.
Care: acne marks, apply vitamin E oil (make sure it is not mixed with other oils) buttons. You can also apply fresh lemon juice on areas every day to lighten faster - just squeeze a few drops of lemon juice on your finger and dab it on the colored areas, and let it be. Organic milk and yogurt also help clear acne marks - just a spoon on all colored surfaces and leave for 5-10 minutes, 3 times a week.

OILY SKIN You're currently very lucky. Oily skin tends to wrinkle less, and you may think that your oily skin causes acne, but this is not the case. The oil is very protective, simply to ensure that dead cells and bacteria do not combine with your oil to create buttons. Eating well, eating good fats and using carefully Vons just make sure that you do not produce too much oil and will improve your overall skin condition.
Clean: In the morning, wash with water and maybe a toner, [...] lavender or orange. You do not want too you wash your face, as you will see only get fatter. At night, use a non-drying cleanser dou [...].
Exfoliate: Exfoliate 1-3 times a week with a gentle scrub that contains no hard balls such as nuts or ground seeds. Exfoliate regularly will remove dead cells remained on the surface of the skin, creating a breeding ground for acne bacteria. This will also serve to refine your pores. [...] If your skin is sensitive, try rubbing the scrub your hands to soften it a bit, and add water or a few drops of your regular cleaning if necessary.
Moisturize: Use serums and light oils. The use of oil on oily skin is actually a good thing - oil, grape seed oil, rosehip oil and olive oil, for example, are excellent moisturizing and contribute that your oily skin produces less sebum.
At night, use your serum / oil and track filled with cream powerful antioxidants and skin purifying ingredients.

DRY SKIN & MIXED Incorporate good fats in your diet using good moisturizers help rebalance your skin and protect it from drying, wrinkles, and blemishes.
Clean: In the morning, wash with water and just use a rose water or orange blossom hydrosol to make your own face. You do not want too you wash your face, otherwise it will become drier. At night, use a soft, non-drying cleanser
Exfoliate: Same as for oily skin.
Moisturize: Same as for oily skin. I also found that the application of coconut oil [...] on my face works well and also prevents blackheads thanks to lauric acid. This is one of the few things that really let my skin hydrated and will not clog pores.

MATURE SKIN The fight against wrinkles and acne at the same time can be difficult, and what will help you is in your food choices. The step # 1 and # 2 are extremely important to you.
Clean: Same as for dry skin
Exfoliate: Same as for dry skin.
Moisturize: Use light serums and oils and night add the use of a cream. The use of oil on your skin is actually a good thing - oil, grape seed oil, rosehip oil, coconut oil and olive oil, for example, are of excellent moisturizers and penetrate deep to help your skin.
