Vitamin C is the most important vitamin for beautiful skin: it helps to produce collagen, an element that helps maintain elasticity.

Fruit juices are very rich, including:

     guava;
     blackcurrant;
     orange;
     kiwi;
     lychee;
     papaya, etc.

Vitamins A and E

They have antioxidant qualities and exert a protective action on the skin, especially against free radicals:

     Vitamin A will help to reduce sebum production and thus improve the skin in case of acne. It can come from beta-carotene. It is found in the following foods:
         fruit: melon, apricot;
         vegetables: carrots, sweet potatoes, kale, spinach;
         the egg yolk.
     Vitamin E for its effective by its joint action with the trace element selenium is present in avocado, kiwi, nuts, cereals, eggs, butter, vegetable oils including the oil evening primrose.

vitamin B6

It helps correct hormonal imbalance causing in some cases, the eruption of acne pimples.

It is present in:

     poultry: pheasant, emu, quail;
     fish and shellfish: tuna, salmon and octopus;
     beef liver, lamb and veal;
     bananas and plantains;
     vegetables: cabbage, tomatoes, spinach and potatoes.
